What a hypocrite this man is," Sen. Schumer said on the floor.   President Trump has long decried voting by mail and is urging passage of the SAVE Act, which would sharply curtail the practice.   "Mail-in voting means mail-in cheating," the president said Monday in Memphis, Tennessee.
