Jared Polis (D-CO) — were excluded from the guest list.   "When I heard that, it was a pretty easy choice for me," the Kentucky Democrat said during a discussion at the Center for American Progress. "I stand with Wes. I stand with Jared. If we're all not invited, I ain't going."   President Trump initially invited only Republican governors to the Saturday event, which coincides with the annual National Governors Association meeting in Washington, DC. After facing criticism, the White House expanded the invitation list to include most Democratic governors but continued to exclude Govs. Moore and Polis.   President Trump and Gov. Moore have publicly sparred over a sewage spill in the Potomac River. Gov. Beshear said Gov.
