He’s a very dirty cop. He cheated on the elections. He tried to help Hillary Clinton.” The charges stem from an incident last year in which Mr. Comey posted a photo on social media of seashells arranged to read “86 47,” which critics said could be interpreted as a threat against the president. “86” is a slang term meaning to “get rid of” someone or something, and Mr. Trump is the nation’s 47th president.
